Refun Policy
We have a 30-day return policy from the day you receive the item, check it against the tracking data from the shipping provider
Not seeing the results you expected? We will refund you after receiving the product back, no questions asked. All you need is a receipt or proof of purchase (we keep a full purchase history for 180 days). Items eligible for return
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our warehouse in Germany or the nearest warehouse. To initiate a return, you can contact us via email Support@thenhoo.com
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any questions about returns at Support@thenhoo.com or contact us here
Please note: After placing an order, shipping costs and shipping protection policies are non-refundable (applies to items that are canceled, refunded or returned)
Damages and other issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 24-48 hours if the product is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product, although this is a very rare % rate. We value the issue to resolve your case at the best support level (Customer is everything to us)
Note:
+ We always try to provide high quality laundry shoe bags to protect and care for your shoes. However, please note that we are not responsible for any discoloration or yellowing of shoes that may occur during washing. Discoloration can be caused by a variety of factors, including the materials and dyes used in the shoes, which are beyond our control. Therefore, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange in the event of yellowing or any similar discoloration. As a best practice, always wash your shoe bag separately before using it on your white shoes
We do not accept responsibility for undelivered packages where a contact phone number is not provided at the time of order.
Shipping protection covers loss, damage or theft due to mishandling by the carrier. Excluding undelivered orders due to customers entering the wrong address when paying (in case of wrong address, please contact us to amend before the order is delivered, it will be completely free of charge "24h time" during the order processing)
We will not refund or replace packages that are not delivered by the carrier if no one is home to receive them
Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the purchased product and after accepting the return, purchase the new product separately
Cancel order
Orders can only be canceled within the first 1 hour after placing. After an hour, our team has registered your order in our system and in the carrier's system
EU 14-Day Cooling Off
Despite the above, if the goods are shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without any justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not it has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
